What is the difference between a Program Step, Number of Units and Program Unit when creating a new program?
Solution
Program Step- How often you meet with your group participants. If you have weekly coaching calls, then you would choose "1 week" for example.
Number of Units- The number of units indicates how many sessions or meetings your program has - not how many weeks or months. You choose when your program begins and when it ends. You can add more "meetings" to your program any time.
Program Unit- Is the name of your program meeting type. For example, if your program is weekly, then you can indicate week, you can say week. If your program is monthly, you can say month. If your program has sessions, it doesn’t have to be weeks, it can be sessions, etc.
