We ALL take our knowledge for granted!

As I was listening to my financial planner, who visited my home on Friday, I was thinking to myself...

"I wish I didn't have to understand all this stuff, this is all so confusing, so many details...Why can't I just tell him - invest my money for me, and leave me alone!

Why do I have to get into this terminology? Why? Why? Why?"

Then I realized I completely spaced out, and missed the last 10 minutes of his monologue...

Before he was leaving, he said, "So what are you up to these days?"

I got all excited, pulled out my CDs, started telling him about the tele-conferences, audio products, new technology and web sites...

He listened with great attention for about 5 minutes, held the CDs in his hands, looked up at me and said...

"I guess this is how you feel, when I talk finances..."

Duh...
