Hats off to the chef!
Cooking camp inspired my nine-year old to create her own recipe… I thought, for sure, it’ll be a throw-away. Amazingly, the whole family enjoyed it! I only helped with taking it out of the oven - honest!
Here’s the recipe:

Anna’s Banana Chef Surprise
Delicious and nutritious snack anyone can make!
Ingredients:
1 Sliced Banana
½ Cup of Milk
½ Cup of Flour
1 tbsp of Raisins
¼ Cup of Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp of Sugar
¼ tsp of Salt
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Bake for 20 minutes on 375 degrees. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
